Ric admits that he dressed up as Peter Criss of KISS one Halloween. It’s alright, because Mitch and Tyler dressed like KISS every Sunday afternoon. Being in a family business takes a lot out of you, especially in The County: the Smiths recall early morning workdays, seven days a week with a job and a home to balance. There’s an art to finding a balance of understanding between you and your siblings, and sometimes if you have the right spot, the right time, and the right people, you’ll still need that spark of luck. But if you work hard and invest your time and energy as best you can, you can maybe generate a little luck for yourself. “If it doesn’t rain, the grass won’t grow.”
